Abstract: Academic atmosphere as an input component and part of the learning process in higher education is believed to be one of the components that will provide a significant influence on the creation of high education quality. This article discusses the improvement of academic atmosphere quality through organizational culture strategy. Analysis methodology used is a qualitative analysis by examining the relationship between variables conceptually based approach to causal effectual analysis. The analysis shows that developing academic atmosphere quality through the culture of organization is done through the various stages of creating culture, setting culture, maintaining culture, and analysis of organizational culture.
